"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."

"Rogelio and came out to inspect the job and provided a quick quote and turnaround to spray foam insulate a sub floor of an add-on room and bathroom that had never been insulated and to seal and insulate the attic. Day 1 they showed up on time with professional equipment and spent a good 10 hours spray foam and taping every gap in the attic, adding baffling to control air movement and blowing in non toxic cellulose insulation to recommended r value. The house was so tight after completing the attic that it became pressurized a when we close doors and now the house literally stays below 73° all day when the thermostat is at 79°>. It's incredible... Then they went to work under the house again, using to of the line equipment, safety and professionalism to seal up every gap, every air pocket, insect route I to the house and completely insulate the subfloor to a minimum required r-13.
