"The tech (Richard) arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. My gas oven works great."

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Saxon called and came out same day. Gave us a reasonable quote and scheduled the repair. This is our second time using and I will use them for all small appliance repair."

"Unfortunately for me, parts are not available for the repair I required. But they were very nice, efficient."

"They contacted me to set up an appointment and when I told them the age of my appliance, they suggested I contact the manufacturer to see if the repair was covered under the warranty. I contacted the manufacturer and confirmed it was covered under warranty."

"The provider gave me an estimate of the service call which he met.  The provider gave me a price for the new part which was accurate. The provider worked until he corrected my second problem. VERY SATISFIED with the personnel as well as the pricing.  I would definitely use them again for quality of effort, price and professionalism.  They were prompt, courteous AND resolved the problem.  Hard to find qualified appliance repair who do not try to add additional costs- Thank you to A-EXPERT MEL'S APPLIANCE SERVICE and of course to Angie's List for helping me to find a reliable provider."

"Excellent. Have used this company twice previously and was very happy with them so I called and Adam fixed my oven. When I purchased the new garbage disposal, he installed it and I asked him if he could look at my side by side refrigerator freezer and the one I had in the basement with a top freezer and I was having a problem with them leaking water because the lines were freezing up. He looked at them before he left and said he could fix them but had another appointment after mine. He came back the next day and fixed both my refrigerator/freezers. No problems with them now. Very reasonable."

"Pat was very responsive to my message and within a couple of days he was at the house repairing the appliances. He also conducted additional inspections and suggested I change the dryer's vent hose. When I asked why he showed me and I am glad I went ahead with the replacement."
