"The representative was late, but I really wasn't bothered by that because my day was flexible. They did call and let me know he would be late and I said that was OK. They seem like a good company, but the style of the product just wasn't what I was looking for. The representative was nice enough, but talked over me a little too much, didn't really listen to what I said I wanted, and kept asking, "Does that make sense?" I understand that he was trying to make sure I understood what he was saying, but it got annoying after the 10th or 15th time. He was a very nice guy and shared lots of info, but annoyed me a little bit."

The final product was awesome! New hardwood floors, granite counter tops, Stone back splash, ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and carpet in the bedrooms. Not to mention some repair work around the kitchen sink and drywall damage downstairs. Extremely easy to work with and good people all around. "The experienced was great! From the salesman, to the admin. staff, to the production manager, to the installers was all professional. Was very impressed with the installers. They briefed us each day as to what they would be working on that day and outbriefed us at the end of each day as to what was actually accomplished. We had several days of rain during the installation but the installers would call and let us know when they expected to resume installation. We made changes during the installation and everyone was very receptive. We give them an "A" +."

"They did a good job.  The quality of work was good.  They showed up on time.  They did a pretty quick easy job.  They replaced a board and needed the deck stained.  The guys were really honest and they said they focus more on the construction and they would have been happy to do it and gave me a quote and told me it would probably be cheaper to go with someone else.  I have one board is splitting a bit not sure if I will have to have it replaced or what but other than that it is fine."
