"Mitch, the owner came out and discussed ideas and had many pictures of his work. I appreciated how he worked around my schedule and was always on time.  <br /> He helped with the layout, design and color ideas of the paver blocks. His crew came in and removed the existing concrete patio and dug and prepped the foundation for the new patio. We also had him construct a gas fire pit as well. The fire pit required that a gas line and upgraded gas meter be installed as well. Mitch took the lead on these task as well and coordinated the contractors and efforts required. All the work was detailed and finished on schedule.  <br /> The professionalism of Mitch and his crew were a breath of fresh air in today's world of poor contractors.   <br /> We are very happy with the results."

"It went smoothly exactly as Paul described the job. His crew installed a sump pump and ensured in drained to the curb. The crew replaced the drain run to the curb and dug around the existing bushes. The crew also connected the the roof downspout to the run to the curb.The crew installed a perforated pipe in a trench which created a floating basement floor on 3 sides of the basement. (the 4th wall was not necessary since was an interior wall.) They concreted over the pipe with a gap to the wall. they repaired and painted the basement walls."

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"Representative arrived early for appointment. Inspected the crack in the wall, the foundation and basement walls. Determined I did not have a foundation problem. Advised the wall crack was probably caused from the very wet, cold winter. Advised me to fix the dining room wall and watch for any further issues. <br /> I really appreciate his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't really need. I would call them again if needed. <br />"

"Mr. Montgomery crawled through the crawl space, walk our house, He sent us our inspection report within 7 days. I would trust this Engineer he's knowledgeable, he's evaluated many structures and easy to get a long with."

"Larry and his two associates arrived on time and Larry covered the entry from my garage to the basement to protect the entry floor.  Larry had a checklist he covered with me and the team immediately started the crawlspace work, bringing their materials and ladder to the basement.  The existing fiberglass insulation was removed from the crawlspace as well as other debri.  The insulation was placed in large bags before removing from the house.  Insulation was then added to rim joists and around the crawlspace walls.  At that point the gravel was smoothed on the crawlspace floor and the liner was rolled out.  The liner was sealed to the walls. This work took about six hours.  After the Basement Guys team had left I did notice that one area of the liner / crawlspace wall had not been sealed well.  We called the Basement Guys and they returned within a week to finish by sealing this area. <br />"

"They continued to come on the job everyday until completed. It was a labor intensive job in removing the crawlspace dirt but they persevered to complete the job in a satisfactory manner. The owner continued to have open communication with the customer during all phases of the project (arrival for estimate, scheduling of job and performing the work). The goal of the customer was to eliminate water under the house, repair the duct work and have access for future work."
