Mario made us feel confident in our paint color selections and even supported us when one selection turned out to be, well, awful. Remember, we selected the color. He listened to our concerns and opinions, made suggestions and helped us envision a different color approach. Now that room looks great. We requested other changes along the way, like asking Mario to paint rooms that were not in our original plans. He always responded to these changes in a positive, easy-going manner. He made the whole project easy for us. Just a great experience. We are so glad to have found Mario. We feel we have made a good friend in him. Our first round of paint projects is now complete. "I got three estimates and ‘58 Foundation was by far the best. They explained all my options and worked within my budget. I needed foundation repair in specific areas under a load bearing wall and around my front door. They showed up on time. The foreman, Cam, kept me informed on the process. He along with the crewmen, Jordan and Keylin were courteous and professional and left the work area even cleaner than they found it. My house is over 100 yrs old and when I walk around now, the floors feel very solid."
