"When I bought this house, I shopped around and talked to almost every company I could find. Some of them came to my house and some consulted over the phone. I extensively used Angies list to read all reviews and comments.  <br /> GuardMe is the first company I talked to. Kevin is the first sales man I talked to, who went through all the options with me. I told him that I wouldn't close the deal until I talked to everyone in the market. He had no problems with that. So I went ahead and talked to all other companies. While I was doing this evaluation, I kept on my communications with Guardme representatives comparing their products and refining my requirements based on the knowledge I was gaining talking to others. I have talked to Michael, Dick and Craig himself. All of them felt very professional with all my calls. They never pushed me or influenced me to make any decisions which was outside my interests. I'm in the technology world who is very handy with tech gadgets and I do these kind of evaluation for my living with various technology companies. So I did the same with this case as well (Just wanted to iterate this since this should weigh in on my review) <br /> After I was convinced that GaurdMe is the right solution for all my needs, I finalized my contract with Craig, he sent through all documents through Docusign and it took us like 1 minute to finalize all paper work. Just a breeze. I don't have to sign 100 pages. All these counts...time is money...When we finished this it was a Saturday morning around 11 AM. I asked Craig (I was indeed greedy :) ) if I can get this installed today. He said he will do everything possible under his capacity to get it done, if not first thing Monday/Tuesday. He called me in 10 mins and said he had pulled the installation to be done today and he is sending in the installers...pretty good....right...100% <br /> Now is the installation. The installer was just a knowledgeable person. I insisted that I should not see any wires outside. He went through many options within the house and finally we found the right spot to install the panel (of course no visible wires). They installed all the equipments - in the rights spots ; in the right way. They made sure that its installed perfectly. They were both very professional and took their time to do things the right way. I found out that some of my windows needed more equipments than what we agreed on the contract. The installer contacted Craig and solved it right there...He called me as well and made sure I got the right thing. The installer then finished all his part and explained every single detail about the system. He and me worked on the computer to create all userIds and accounts and the mobile applications usage. He made sure that I understood every single detail about the system usage. <br /> Once he left, GuardMe called me to make sure the Installation was done according to my satisfaction.  <br /> I have been playing with this system to make sure all things are working fine ever since and I find it to be just great. I'm totally convinced that I made the right decision.  <br /> Thanks to everyone Sales, support and installers from Guardme in setting me up with our home security system. <br />"

They remote into our computers to troubleshoot any issues we have and they have also provided on-site services such as setting up a sit-to-stand computer desk,m and installing a docking station for my laptop. They have set up security measures for our network and migrated the office to a cloud-based system so we can work remotely. I’m pretty sure they can do anything you need IT-wise and they are competitively priced with great people."

"<p>We just purchased a home in Friendsville, TN, and decided to get a security system installed since our house isn't visible from the road.  FES was very helpful and informative.   We have pets, and wanted to be sure that their movement would not trigger the alarm.  Once we decided upon a system, they adjusted it to be just right for us and our pets.</p> <p>They arrived on time and there were no surprise charges.  The price is for purchasing the security system outright - so there is no monthly rental fee - ever.  We do however pay about $26/month for them to monitor it and contact us when the system goes off.  The system is wireless, so a cut phone line does not prevent the alarm from going off.  (You have to think like a burglar when buying one of these system.)  We've had to contact them with a couple of programming questions, and they are always very helpful.</p> <p>Overall, I'm very pleased with FES.  I've never had a security system before now, and it's nice to know that someone is "watching" your house when you step out for the evening or go out of town.</p> <br />"

"I called AAA heating and cooling to come sort out some cooling system issues with my home. The situation: I just purchased this 2300 sq ft house and it has a 3 ton trane duel fuel system that's approximately 16 years old. We were in the hottest days of summer with outside temps peaking 100+ for the past two weeks. In order to cool my house I had to set my downstairs to 90 to keep it off and let the up stairs zone do the heavy lifting (cool air sinks). To add into the mix I discovered the thermostat wiring is fubar when I went to hook up my nest thermostats. I troubleshooted as far as I could go to improve airflow and efficiency. The system still ran all day trying to keep up and the house stayed at 80 until 3am when it finally cooled down each night. Time for the pros to step in. The customer service: My wife called and was greeted by Pam. Pam was extremely nice and worked with our schedule getting us a service call setup the next morning since we were leaving at lunch for a quick trip to Birmingham. Pricing was upfront and very reasonable. The service call: Keith arrived on time ready to work and got straight to the point. He asked whats wrong I set about explaining the situation. He listened to the whole thing tben set to work. He started at my thermostats checking the wiring then down to the crawlspace to look at my furnace and coil. Found out my coil was an older Carrier brand converted to the new refrigerant type he looked at the condenser and checked my refrigerant pressures. They were very low. But he didn't just shoot some in there and call it good. Since the system was a mixture of Trane and carrier components he didn't try and assume what pressure would do the trick. Keith hooked up his meter and slowly added the refrigerant watching the temperature of the refrigerant and the systems cooling capacity. He added a little at first to see if it would have an effect, then let me know how much refrigerant was going to cost before doing the full service. Ended up adding 3lbs of refrigerant to get 10? of subcooling and wow what a difference it made. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me great advice for my system. He also made sure to emphasize my families safety by reminding me to install more and inspect current carbon monoxide detectors since I have a older gas furnace. I will most definitely be having AAA out again to do all my service calls and any upgrades I need. Very reasonable price and straightforward. Highly recommended"
