"As a real estate agent - I am always looking for reliable vendors to help me with my client's needs. Trevor and his crew have always been professional and easy to work with. I have used them in my personal home as well. I highly recommend them for all of your construction needs!"

"Some miscommunication with dates but that is partially my fault, they made a great effort to still get my install completed in the time frame I requested. The install itself, overall is good, on the refinishing section there is a lot of missed fill work (lots of nails visible), an obvious drop/drip of stain that wasn't smoothed out, and the installers were not very selective with the boards they used and installed so there are a lot of pieces with bug drill holes that could have not been used as I had ordered extra material."

"Smith Flooring went above and beyond. They made sure the work was finished in a timely matter and did a wonderful job with the final job. I would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends. Thanks again Smith Flooring for a wonderful job!"

"Sherri treated us like family. We have kids and her staff was extremely mindful and timely when installing our floor around us and our children. We had around 1500 sq ft of flooring installed so she sent enough people to get it done as fast as possible. We love this place and will recommend again and again."

"My husband and I bought our first home in December of 2010.  We didn't have to move into our home until January 21, 2011, so we decided to have the hardwood flooring re-done prior to our move.  The floor was damaged to say the least (most likely from the previous owner's two dogs).  The floor also had drumrolls across the grain and was quite frankly, an ugly looking floor.  My husband and I wanted dark flooring, so we met with 7 contractors in the Knoxville area.

Travis was BY FAR the best price.; he was nearly a $1 less per square foot than any other company.  At first, I was skeptical.  But Travis was very knowledgeable about the floor, the problems that needed to be fixed, and what stain and seal would be best.  Travis called us every step of the way so that we could come over and look at the floor before they proceeded to the next step.  They finished the work in a week, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product!

Now, they are not "dustless."  But Travis and his crew sealed off the kitchen, bathrooms, and vents.  We have had absolutely no problems."
