"In February 2020 I decided to completely renovate the master bathroom in my 3 bed/2 bath townhouse. The bathroom was having leaks, plumbing issues, the tub, tile, and fixtures were ancient. I selected Clever Design and Remodeling and I am glad I did. The project took around 3 weeks (slowed a couple of weeks due to my own HOA). They demolished the entire old bathroom and replaced it with a beautiful new space that is a genuine joy to behold and use. The bathroom is better then I could have envisioned. Once the demo started, all work proceeded steadily and without delay. I want to add that construction was neat and quick which I have heard is very rare and the and tile work was precise. Overall the project took a little under a month and we are so happy with the results."
