"We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell. We were given an estimate for the work needed, I was really afraid of what may come up cost wise once they started the work, as I watch HGTV faithfully and I have seen how it goes, where the cost keeps going up. We had to delay the start date due to the weather, but once the rain had stopped Russ and his crew came out and the work went seamless, they showed up on time, worked till dark, and called me to let me know when they were leaving. The crew took pride in their work, if we had any questions or concerns, they put us at ease with their knowledge of how to do the job. They cleaned up as if they had never been here. We are really happy with the end result and so are our neighbors, several have asked if we were planning to sell. We gladly tell then NO! "SkyBlue Builders Performs Quality Work SkyBlue Builders is a Five Star High Quality Siding Construction Company, and I recommend them. My thirty-year- old home is in a rural environment. with a humid atmosphere. The siding on my home was worn by the salt air and moisture and needed replacement from the eaves all the way to the foundation. I chose SkyBlue for three main reasons: 1. Siding is all they do, and they have specialized in it for 19 years. 2. They are rated A+ by the BBB and have had no complaints regarding their work. 3. I viewed online photos of their previous jobs and was impressed by the quality of their work. My experience with SkyBlue was positive from beginning to end. Every day they showed up at 8 A.M. and worked until 4 P.M. when they began cleanup. Every day they put away their tools and cleaned up the work area. At the end of every day they made sure that my driveway was clear, so I could pull my car out of the garage. The workers were always polite and cooperative and responded positively to homeowner concerns. Here are some examples of their work: 1. SkyBlue provided protection against animals. Our rural community has many wild creatures nearby: Bats, coyotes, skunks. raccoons, opossums, mice, and gophers abound, These animals are always in search of a warm and dry haven such as a basement. Over the years, invading animals chewed the wiring of my HVAC dampers, ruining the home heating and cooling controls. I spent thousands to repair the damage. I reported this history to SkyBlue. They replaced the old substandard and ineffective basement vents with quality new vents. They were also careful not to leave any vent opening exposed during the repair. SkyBlue also replaced my costly, old, substandard roof eave “chicken wire bat control,” installed by three separate “bat experts.” SkyBlue installed new, high tech, high quality solid construction in the space between the fascia and siding. Now there is no space for the bats to occupy. 2. SkyBlue used quality materials and did quality work: SkyBlue installed Kelleher Double Pre-Primed Siding so that both sides of the siding and trim are pre-primed with two coats of prime and thus are well protected. SkyBlue reset every single nail in the new siding and trim, and then caulked all holes. Finally, they sanded the caulking, effectively hiding every nail. Looking at my house, you can’t see any joints where two siding boards come together. You cannot see any nails. What a refreshing improvement from the original construction ! SkyBlue then applied two color coats of High Quality Sherman Williams Paint, for a total of four coats of paint. The result is spectacular. The repair work is better than the original construction. Their workers are experienced, friendly, and will listen to your concerns. "I've never done any remodeling to my house or had any work other than the occasional plumber or handyman. When I decided to completely makeover my bathroom, I felt a little overwhelmed. You go to their incredible showroom and browse through flooring, tiles, quartz slabs, faucets, sinks, tubs, color schemes, etc. and pick out exactly what you want. (You can also go online with your consultant and shop for particular items - I found a hand-painted glass bowl sink and matching waterfall faucets.) The wonderful thing about a one-stop-shop remodel is you don't have to worry about anything. ADH ordered all the materials, brought them to my house, demolished my existing bathroom and took the rubble with them, and scheduled inspector visits. Beware of the lure of lower-priced competitors: I guarantee you their quote will not include everything ADH will do. Do you really want to demolish your own bathroom? Do you want to take the chance on ordering a bathtub that doesn't exactly fit or arrives broken? Your responsibility means it's your dime. Let your remodeler take care of it all. It's a breeze.  During the remodel, Alex and Vlad were extremely neat and tidy. They protected my narrow hallways and beige carpet - and they never complained about my very steep staircase. Imagine lugging a cast-iron tub down the stairs with just two people! Since I'd never done any remodeling before, I expected the noise to be ear-splitting, but the guys were surprisingly quiet. Sometimes I wouldn't hear any activity and, thinking they were on a lunch break, I'd trot upstairs to take a peek at the progress. There they were, hammering away! Construction from my neighbor's house was louder than my own bathroom. I have had a certain style in mind for several years, and now I have my dream bathroom! Everything looks beautiful and I got exactly what I wanted. ADH was professional and very eager and happy to make my remodel experience easy and fun. Particularly during the 2020 pandemic, ADH handled everything very well.
