He’s honest, he’s true to his word and he has excellent communication skills. My roof had a number of unique needs that he addressed, particularly involving improper ventilation. There were also a couple areas which were not keeping water out properly. He fixed them all beautifully on his first attempt! And believe me…he had to really think and innovate to get my very unusual house to vent properly. His pricing is extremely fair. I felt like he took incredibly good care of us. There are way too many morons in the home contractor/repair space these days! Tim brings to the table a rare combination of integrity and a healthy bank of knowledge and skills. All of the installation was spectacular. There were some glitches over the course of the project that were not helped by my need to get this done while I was 2200 miles away. But whenever I communicated questions or concerns, they were immediately and appropriately addressed. We will be using them again for kitchen remodeling."

"I can not recommend Clark Builders to build a barn or barndo. While I had great builders With Brice and Cole, they quit Clarks. Project started late, suppliers were late being paid by Clark. Clark was asking for money with no invoice until I put a stop to it. Invoices were not detailed etc... In my opinion look for an honest reputable builder who does not ask for 50% down. Best thing I did was fire Clark builders."
