Antonio took the lead on completing most of the work in our home supervising their team of workers as they completed the framing, insulation, sheetrock, painting, crown molding, and trim carpentry work. "We hired Matt to construct a detached 32 x 26 garage on our property. We started looking for contractors in early summer of 2018, at the peak of the construction season, and Matt was one of two contractors that even extended the courtesy of a return phone call. We met with Matt to discuss our plans and let him look over the proposed site, and he advised that he could undertake the project, but further advised that we were looking at a September start date, due to his backlog. We agreed, and sure enough, he called in early fall to tell us we were next in the queue. Work began shortly thereafter, and we now have a fully finished, an insulated and heated garage that vintage cars would be proud to call home. Matt was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. He was in daily contact, letting us know what was to be done that day and in the immediate future. He listened to our ever-evolving input and concerns as the project progressed and accommodated our *in-flight* changes as our dream garage slowly took shape. His sub-contractors were totally professional and Matt personally oversaw all of the work that he and his crew did not perform. We have heard horror stories about contractors erecting whole buildings or doing remodels and we were braced, based on our own experience contracting minor repairs. Our experience with Matt was, fortunately, quite the opposite. He was a pleasure to work with, and a true professional every step of the way. "Joe Marshall brought in some subcontractors: great guys, very experienced. When they came, the came to WORK, and they worked really hard and really well. Making over my garage will be a 3-phase job, and this was just Phase One: Dry wall, ceiling fan, and a waterline/sink into the projected bathroom. Great communication between them and me, great job, and I always knew what to expect. The garage looks good, all sheetrocked and the walls painted with trim, and they put a shut-off valve on the waterline, which is very convenient. They put in little details like that, very experienced, very professional. "

"The contractor, Steven was so great to work with. He constantly communicated with me and made the process as painless as possible. The price I was given was fair for the amount of work required. He had to take the back to back bathrooms down to the studs, remove rotten and molded word subfloors, replace at least 6 floor joists, redo the plumbing, and move a floor vent to place on the wall. They found an electrical issue that was resolved and then rebuilt the bathrooms. During the entire project he had a great attitude and always remained a consummate professional. Ironically, I am looking forward to our next project. I highly recommend his company for any remodel and/or building project to your home."
