"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. I contacted Doug's company, and not only did he return my call promptly (a rarity in and of itself), he was at my house assessing the job the following morning. He is knowledgeable, professional, polite and extremely thorough. He got me a bid within 48 hours, which was remarkable compared to the turnaround from other firms, and which was also very helpful when dealing with the insurance company, as this was an unforeseen insurance claim related to a weather event - the price of the bid was very competitive and fair.
