Brian said he will come to our house and take a look to see what’s going on, any break on any spots. I asked if I should contact previous owner for the collar or more information. He said no! They have been doing it for 20 years! When his worker shows up at our house 3 days ago, first thing he asked if we have the collar! I said I already told Brian that we don’t have it, and he said that is ok! The worker said “no point of fixing it since we don’t have the collar and today will cost me $285 since they are here. I said Brian didn’t mention about the cost today. They said they give me a discount, only pay $185 today. I paid $185 but very upset at how bad services this company has. Such a scam!
