The crew explained to me what they do and explained the material function. The repair took two long days. The second day the roof was completed. The crew installed gutters and down spouts on the porch. It was explained where the down spouts need to be installed. The crew placed two down spouts, in front of the east and north columns. They did take longer than expected to complete the job (2 1/2 days), but my roof is very unusual, and required lots of shingle trimming. They also corrected some sloppy work done by the previous roofer around the chimney, and added a couple pieces of sheeting, but didn't charge me anything extra.
