"Power was doing work in the area and approached me about gutter and siding replacement. I contracted with them to replace the trim and gutters. The first day 3 people came to remove the old gutters and replace the trim. They worked from 8am to 6pm. The second day the gutter installers came. Both teams worked effeciently and I am happy with the results. People came when they said they would, sent a reminder that the work crews were coming and sent a quality assurance person to check the work performed."

Throughout the project, he took on smaller fixes including replacing my bathroom faucet, fixing the drafty front door & hiding the TV cable wires behind the wall. "The initial job was to install soffit under the large roof overhang. The roofing is angled. Where the angle edges met there was a 1" gap. The gap leads directly into the attic allowing cold air, insects and small animals in. That was insulated before the soffit installed and sealed over the gap. I had another contractor do my siding and their work was amateurish and poorly done in a number of places. TDL cleaned up the poor workmanship and replaced sections of the gutters damaged by the previous contractor. TDL's repairs were done well and improved the look of the siding errors. Very pleasant to work with. Explained all the changes they were going to make verifying we were completely on the same page. Suggested alterations which turned out great. Paid attention to the details which improved the look and functionality."

It wasn't a simple job as I hoped it would be. After most of the work was completed, they noticed that there was a lot of rot on the house siding where it meets the roof of the 3 season porch. There was also other rot around the carport roof. Knowing that We wanted to eventually do vinyl siding, we decided now was as good a time as any. The crew did an excellent job on the carport and 3 season room, so we hired them to vinyl side our house. Best decision we ever made. The workers who did this job are top notch, very professional.
