He voluntarily performed additional mud work when he noticed some imperfections that he felt should be addressed in addition to the work agreed upon. When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue. When a large, bulky cabinet needed to be taken off the wall, his team willingly assisted. Charles made certain that the work was done perfectly. When there was an item here or there that needed attention, his attitude was unfailingly positive and he attended to it immediately.
