"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

"Jackson arrived on time, carried in my heavy equipment. He installed everything perfectly and left without a trace of activity anywhere except the hum of new, working air conditioners"

"Jason and his crew came on time, performed the repair quickly and professionally and left a job that they can be proud of. We have had several days of rain, some rather intense, and i am pleased to say that my basement is dry for the first time in a year or more!"

"The CP construction crew were very hard working and competent. Clod as the owner is extremely customer service oriented. He communicated with me throughout the permitting process, the build and the inspection process. The new deck and stairs look great and bring compliments from all the neighbors. I will definitely reach out to CP construction in the future."

"Very well. They are honest. We had a leaking roof back in 2014. Most of the roofing companies said we need the new roof then we called Lightfoot company and they came out to patch it up and it still lasts us until 2021."

"Kaio did an excellent job repainting our flood ravaged basement which required quite a lot of special prep and adapting to many areas needing more cleanup and repair prior to painting. Kaio was a pleasure to work with as he’s very attentive to details and kept us well informed throughout the job. He also did a great job repainting our master bathroom (which came out amazingly)!"

"The repair was done professionally and I was extremely satisfied. I would definitely hire him again. Just FYI…I had already submitted a 5 star review just after the repair was done."

"Mulligan Painting was top notch. Their price was competitive and their work ethic and finished product was excellent. Gerry gave us a date in the spring and that's when they began. The crew worked long days to get the job done in the time he predicted. They also repaired items needed after consulting with us. We highly recommend them and will use Mulligan Painting and Contracting in the future for other jobs!"

"Fairly well ... the time he took to cutt a hole for the dog door took and a basement window was long because it was somewhat difficult. He did a good job; he showed me how to finish the caulking on the basement window because it was the end of the eight hours."

"He showed up on time to perform the job was very professional drop cloths covered the floor area in which he was painting I will definitely be hiring him again for future projects"
