He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Gerry and Kyle (father and son) were fantastic to work with. Gerry performed the estimate, made some suggestions to improve the look of the house, and made me feel like I was in capable hands. They went above and beyond just painting my home, with rotted wood replaced, flashing installed, putting the screens in and out, and fixing a previously poorly installed window (all included in the price, no add on charges). My house looks fantastic! As a single woman, I did not feel patronized, but felt very comfortable having "strangers" around my home. (If you're a single woman, this is a big deal.) And I no longer consider them strangers. The estimate was not the lowest or highest and I feel I received a very good value for my money. I would hire them for other work in a heartbeat."
