Always available, good flow of communication, sending me pics throughout the installation. Educated me on the process, materials, best practices, etc. I got bids from several roofing contractors. DAV had the best price and also gave me the best feeling overall that they would handle the job properly. They got the job done quickly, didn't tear up my landscaping, cleaned up very well afterwards. Michael even came by a couple times to sweep for any missed nails himself.
