"I contacted TW King on Monday, December 15th, hoping to have this and the cleaning done to the carpet before the end of the year. They scheduled me for the following day, upon completion of another job in our area. They called to let me know they were running a little behind their original time estimate, but Tracy and Tom (owners) arrived promptly at the adjusted time they gave me. I showed them some large areas of carpet in the finished basement that were water damaged; one was as old as 10 years, where upon drying, the carpet no longer stretched to the tackstrip under the molding. Another was the result of a reoccurrance of an old pipe leak from the ceiling in the middle of a large room, as well as a hallway. We also had some areas around the basement stairs where the carpet was starting to come up. They recommended stretching all of the water affected areas before cleaning so the carpet would be tight when cleaned and not leave wrinkles upon drying. They drilled in all of the tackstrips and restretched the carpet in 4 areas (a 20X20 family room, a 12X15 bedroom, a 13X6 hall way and the area in front of the stairs). They moved all of the furniture in both rooms (including a sofa bed, treadmill and a piano) and then vacuumed and moved everything back carefully to its original position. I also asked them to take a piece of the remnant of a karistan runner for our main staircase on the first floor and replace the lower 4 steps, which were beginning to show a lot of wear. It was seamless-even though the new piece is slightly darker, it is hardly noticeable because of how well it was installed to fit the design!I couldn't be more pleased with the result and the price. They took carpet that still had a lot of wear and made it seem new again."

"A kitchen remodel is a major over-haul project.  Gutting the original tile floor prior to replace it with new tile is a long process.  Brewer did their best to maintain a schedule that got us through this inconvenience as effortlessly as possible.  They were very concientious about taping off the areas not being reomodeled to eliminate as much construction dirt as possible.  They were careful not to damage other parts of the kitchen.  The installation went well and the installer did an excellent job and made our new floor look fantastic.  The same person installed the backsplash and it turned out great too.  I have used Brewer previously for a carpet installation, so that is why I called them back for this job.  Once again, I was very pleased with the end results and I would call them back whenever we have additional flooring needs."

"The contact that came to our house was a nice guy and hard-working.  He walked through house with me to identify all the vents that would be cleaned to be sure none were missed / all were counted.  He then asked if I would be interested in having the carpets cleaned.  We had been wanting to have them cleaned for a while, but dreaded moving furniture or needing to be home to have it done.  I was already home for the day, and he said he would work around any big furniture and move any small furniture as needed to clean the carpets.  Also had him use the more aggressive brush (which removed all kitty hairball / vomit stains that had accumulated that seemed to keep coming back no matter how many times we cleaned by hand as they occurred) and apply a stain protector.  When he quoted the price and said he could do it all that day and we could walk on by evening, I didn't hesitate!  They looked great when done and have cleaned up much better thereafter - I assume due to the stain protector applied.
I wanted to have my couch, loveseat, and upholstered chair cleaned a few months later.  I decided last minute that I wanted all 3 pieces to be cleaned prior to a party we were giving over the weekend.  I called Aaron's Extreme first, but they were unable to accomodate my schedule, so I ended up using a different company for that work.  However, I would certainly call Aaron's again for any future needs.

"A Huge Thank You to Greg and Ann Beriault and their team at Floor Coverings International of Carmel. Recently we had a flood in our basement and we were in need of replacing the carpet. I think the best part of this whole experience was having them come to our home with all the samples of their products!! We were able to place the samples along side our baseboards, cabinets, paint and furniture while making our selection. So convenient!! Kasey was our salesman. He was courteous and very knowledgeable of their products. He really listened to our needs. He provided an excellent and beautiful product at a great price! "It was fine. I wasn't overly impressed but they did what we asked them to. I'm not completely convinced that their work solved the problem we were having. It was okay but I'm still wondering if what they did solved the problem or not. The vent line is in a crawlspace that's difficult to get to so the part of my problem is I haven't gone down there to see if the repairs they did hold up or whether it's going back to the same problem that we had before. The pricing was fair."
