"The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. "After we purchased a house the kitchen faucet was non functional so we contacted New Flow Plumbing and Rooter. They were quickly able to determine the problem with the faucet and explained that it needed to be replaced. They also created a work around that allowed us to temporarily use the existing faucet. After a few days research we selected a replacement model for the faucet. New Flow Plumbing arrived a second time and because of their experience was able to quickly replace the faucet. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves.
