He is fair and does the job with no complaints and is extremely professional. His prices are reasonable and I'm never disappointed with his work. He is so busy that I can't seem to get him over here for a sink faucet repair. But I understand the demand. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."
