"Of the dozen or so companies I called, Richards & Swift Roofing was the only one that didn’t try to push unnecessary work or inflate the price. Jim, the owner, personally came out for the quote, a stark contrast to the usual “salesmen” other companies send. Jim told me exactly what needed to be done—no more, no less. He reminded me of my grandfather, who was also in the trade. Both of them are the kind of people whose handshake/word something. Him and his crew replaced my roof and gutters with precision, speed, and care. No stress. No surprises. No shortcuts. Just honest work, done honestly. People like Jim don’t exist anymore. If you need a roofing professional you can trust, this is who you call. When the work was finished the only evidence of it was that my roof looked brand new; he also brought my kids gift bags with stuffed animals and coloring books which is honestly the kind of nicety and thoughtfulness that’s usually missing from the the world. "Review for Piazza Roofing Rating: 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Piazza Roofing highly enough! We were dealing with an active leak, and they went above and beyond by moving us up the schedule to address the emergency before more damage could occur. From the start, the communication was incredible. Andrew was so kind and professional; he took the extra time to explain the entire situation not just to me, but to my husband and son as well. It was so helpful to have the whole family understand exactly what was going wrong and how they planned to fix it. Andrew’s crew managed to complete the entire roof in just one day, which was no small feat. They discovered that the previous owners had performed unpermitted, substandard work that wasn't done correctly. Piazza Roofing didn't just slap on new shingles they made all the necessary repairs to ensure everything was finally up to code and structurally sound. If you are looking for a company that is honest, efficient, and genuinely cares a"

"Extreme Exteriors did a great job for us in removing and installing a new roof. We entered into an agreement on a Sunday and the following Saturday the work was completed. They completed the entire project in 6.5 hours. The pricing was fair, and they offered 0% financing for 24 months which was extremely helpful for us. We would recommend them for any roof repair or installation."

"SureGuard Roofing did an excellent job replacing the hail damaged skylight in my master bath. I sat at my kitchen table for hours surfing the web and watching Ryan replace the skylight on my steep roof. I was greatly impressed with his attention to detail in replacing the skylight and the shingles, and with his clean up after the job was done. Thank you Ryan for an excellent job."

"Great job! Marc and his crew were fast and efficient. Very fair pricing as well. Definitely would use Marc again."

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

"It went better than any job I’ve ever had done. Very friendly, responsive and genuinely cared about what I wanted. The crew came out and was done in hours with my whole roof. Clean up was perfect as well. I would highly recommend using this company! Ask to speak to Tamitha, she will get you taken care of."

"Great. Had them replace 9 windows and a doorwall. They were courteous, professional and very efficient. Total job was done in about 4 hours or so. They have also replaced our gutters and 3 windows in my kids room previously. Will definitely consider them when it comes times to replace our roof and doors."

"It was a very smooth and efficient experience from the initial visit to assess the job to the completion. The price was very fair and the work was completed when they said it would be. The work area was left clean and I was very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of this company. I will use them for future roofing projects."

"Michael was an absolute pleasure to deal with and his quality work has been greatly appreciated on 2 different homes of mine. He took the time to explain the different types of roofing shingles available, an abundance of color selections, and installed the new roofs in a very timely manner. His pricing was also unrivaled relative to other companies I had contacted. I highly recommend Michael and Cutting Edge Exteriors for any roof repair or replacement!"
