"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. Thank you guys for that! Extreme Exteriors sent their best team to install the roof [ who were awesome!] for my home and garage and my beautiful roof was done in a day. "The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

"It went better than any job I’ve ever had done. Very friendly, responsive and genuinely cared about what I wanted. The crew came out and was done in hours with my whole roof. "They were excellent.  However, their lead person on the job was not professional.  We were pleased with the company though.  When they realized that their lead man was not professional and was insulting they changed him out and the owner came instead.  The lead man, Pete was very condescending.  My husband thought that maybe he had woman gender issues.  However, when I did it to him he was floored.  He was removed from the site.  We were on a time crunch and so they put us in the top of the list.  We had to get our basement worked on immediately.  So they were very accepting and amenable to our situation.  They wanted to please us.  They handled it very well.  They were very good except for Pete.  He was extremely unprofessional.  We were covered under the insurance policy so I spent only $2000 with Zion Restoration.  Their price was comparable.  They were above average.  They met our needs satisfactorily.  They were under a time pressure and I acknowledge that.  I would not recommend their project manager, Pete. I think that he should never be put up with homeowners.  He was poor on that.  He has no personal skills at all.  We almost stopped the project because of him.  Other than that, we were really happy with the job they did."

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"I reached out to three separate roofing companies for a quote to replace my roof and gutters. Cutting Edge Restorations came in a little below the second one and waaayyy below the first one. The gutters were a bit lower as well. Michael communicated well and made sure I was kept in the loop with timing and personally came out when I made the decision to go with Cutting Edge Restorations to go through colors and materials. The roof was completely torn off and replaced all in one day. The roof looked great and the cleanup was good as well. The gutters were done a couple of weeks later. Again, the work was done in one day and cleanup was good as well. I would definitely recommend these guys. I love my new roof and gutters."

"We chose SureGuard even though we had better quotes from other companies because we were sold on promise that work would be completed by their crews and supervised by their foreman daily. We loved the idea of hiring a local business that uses their own crews. It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. The paint crew arrived and didn’t seem to have a complete picture of the work to be performed. They were difficult to communicate with and we had questions about the quality of their workmanship. I ended up having to place calls with their office to address my concern. To SureGuards credit, they did send out someone the following morning and my concerns were addressed. The work did turn out ok in the end, however the process was stressful. Had we known they were going to sub out the work we would have gone with the other bids. I would consider them for roofing, which appears to be their core business."
