"Definitely made the right choice with Perfection Metal Roofing. Had five estimates. Some were higher and some were lower. We were sold on their patented method of attaching the metal to the roof. Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. Sharon and her husband were very kind and very hard working people.  They got it done in two days, we have a lot of returns/vents.  Honestly, $1700.00 was not what we wanted to pay for all this, but I think they actually do a good job and cleaned it really well as compared to what other companies out there would do.  You may be as little as $300, but you are probably not getting your vents cleaned well.  We are very impressed and I highly trust and would recommend Exterior Metals to clean your vents.  They do a really good job and make sure it gets done right.  They also called before they came, and came on time.  Very Impressed with them and will hire in the next four years when we need to have it done again.

"They came out on Monday, a little later than promised and went right to work. They had the old roof off in two days, cleaned up afterwards and hauled all the old shingles away. As they were removing the old roof, it was discovered that one of the eaves had some rotten wood and they repaired it and gave me a good price for the repair. I am very pleased with the quality of work performed. They even cleaned all of the gutters for me."
