They laid a sheet down from the bathroom to the door to protect my carpet from damage when they hauled out the tub. After they had done the basic install they asked us where we wanted all of the optional pieces. This customized the shower to my needs. They cleaned the entire bathroom and left a sign on the shower floor letting us know exactly when we could use the shower. They also explained the operation of the shower heads and what we could and could not use to keep everything clean. It was a great experience.

He came and assessed the project and although the temperature was extreme he wisely came out in the cool of the evening, worked until dark and returned the next day to complete the job. Because the weather had turned warm and it was warm where Mr. Lee was working, I turned on the air conditioner briefly to cool things down. A vent high on the wall leaked some condensation, which streaked the wall below it and ultimately left streaks in the paint. I tried three times to repair it, to no avail. I stayed in contact with Mr. Lee, and he kindly agreed to come repair it for us without charge.
