"This is a negative review for A Plus Custom Renovation LLC. The company has not done the promised work. In early December, their sales representatives walked/inspected up on the roofs of my home & garage, with my insurance adjuster. An estimate was drawn up. A Plus Custom Renovation LLC was given a check up front, for supplies and to get my project of roof replacement calendared for January 2026. January being full, I was given February 3rd. Then reasonably due to weather the work date moved to the 6th. My insurance adjuster received a letter via snail mail on the 4th of February, then called to congratulate me as the letter was a Certification of Completion dated January 30th. The letter, from A Plus Custom Renovation requested monies for Recoverable Depreciation. There has been no work done. Materials were not ordered. Please, be aware of this company committing fraud with insurance companies and taking seniors monies."

"Kelvin took time to explain everything that was going on with my roof to avoid any problems later on ,so I decided to get more preventive maintenance work done, they arrived on time and finished the job in about 4 hours and the price was reasonable 👍🏾Will use him in the future 💯"
