Robert is consummate professional - paying close attention to details, concerns & hands on examination of roof. I was impressed w/ his questions re. History of roof repairs & past issues taking in whole picture of status of roof. As long time home owners of older homes we realize the value of maintenance for prevention & repairs as needed for long term stability of a home as well as lowering risk for problems later on . "First, I want to give the company kudos for good and professional work. I originally contacted Bone Dry in late spring for an estimate. The company's local manager, Kyle, was prompt and efficient in making an appointment and estimating the work. He was a real pleasure to work with. We decided to go with them for roof replacement and installation of a new skylight. <br /> The original plan was to have the work done in early June before we planned to be away for travel. A date for installation was set but then the company postponed in order to coordinate the skylight work with the roofing work. Unfortunately, the postponement conflicted with our travel, and in the end the roof job got pushed back to late July, much later than planned. Despite the delay, when the roofing was done, the crew did an excellent job. The entire roof was stripped and replaced in two days, and the work was first rate. The roof looks excellent, flashing is well done, and the clean up was pretty good though some debris ended up in the landscaping. Overall, I'd rate the roofing job as excellent. <br /> However, I don't give the company an A overall because of issues with the skylights. The skylight crew, which worked out of Indianapolis, cut the opening and put in the new skylight during the roof job, but a separate time had to be scheduled for another crew to come and do the interior framing for it. We had been led to believe all work would be completed at one time. In the meantime, an existing skylight was replaced but it was not properly installed. Neither skylight had the blinds we had ordered installed. So, we had to schedule another time to get everything fixed and the blinds put in. However, the blinds turned out not be what we wanted. So, new blinds had to be ordered, and another time scheduled for them to be installed. There was yet another snag with that, but in the end we finally got everything done to our satisfaction in late September. The coordination across multiple different work crews was a hassle, and that's something they need to work on. But, I expect most people won't try to have two things done at the same time as we did. <br /> In the end, Bone Dry made it right. They went to great lengths to make sure that we were happy with the final product, and we are. They do nice work, and I would certainly recommend them. <br />"

"My husband and I were doing an interior remodel of a wood stove surround and found an active leak behind our tear down that was leaking in under the insulation. Our first and only thought was that we had a roof leak on a 3 year old roof (we have only owned the house 11 months). Then we noticed water damage in a closet as well.. We called Loy-Quinn and Mr. Quinn came out to take a look & give us a FREE estimate. He came out and told us there is NOTHING wrong with our roof. Our chimney needs tuck pointed and that is where the water is coming from. He said we could, for added security around our chimney after we have it repaired, install a chimney cricket and that they would replace the flashing around the chimney at the same time and it would help ward off possible future problems but we didn't HAVE to do it. We could have been thousands deep into this if this company were not honest. We will be having Loy-Quinn install the cricket after we fix our chimney issue. We couldn't have asked for a better experience"

"We had a small water leak which continued for some time until it finally shorted our alarm system.  Damage involved our kitchen and dining room floors and walls and lower level bath and bedroom.  Hays performed repair by removing damaged walls and floors, removing undamaged kitchen cabinets and later returning them after replacing floors.  Total time involved was about 6 weeks. One of their subcontractors damaged areas and items which were undamaged by the water and Hays replaced damaged items with new items at their cost without hassle.  They also acted as an intermediary with the insurance company to resolve claim issues.  Their project manager was in frequent contact throughout the repair period and arranged a few extra upgrades we wanted (at our cost). <br />"

From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area.
