"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. "I contacted Gleyson about making a repair to my roof after being damaged by an animal. I was nervous that water was going to get in given that it was forecasted to rain that night. After calling his office, Mr. Cook came out promptly to inspect and advise us. He installed our roof in 2006 during an emergency situation and we were so impressed with his work and professionalism then that we did not hesitate to ask him now (we also tried other companies because there was more on the outside to do but they did not return our calls). Fortunately he found nothing wrong with the roof itself and no water damage, we did need very minor carpentry work (fascia board) and as we had to do exterior painting at the same time, it was decided that the painting company would take care of that.  

However, if the time comes that our roof needs to be replaced we will certainly ask Mr. Cook. We were very satisfied with his 2006 job. They worked very clean, efficient. I had checked his ref. list personally and talked with various homeowners who had their roofs done at various times and the fact that this company stands behind their work, be it 1, 5 or 10 years out was the reason I hired them then and will in the future.

"The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."
