"Aside from an abrasive, harsh and ill mannered demeanor , Andrew Tavares is an unseasoned,untrained and unprofessional pool provider. His company is not registered nor is he licensed in the commonwealth of massachusetts to provide the services he lists and is currently undergoing active litigation. He scammed my family of 2k. He was to open close and maintain our family homes pool for the season. He was late opening then found several irreparable tears in the lining when he opened it. He was unable to secure proper staff to help run his business so decided to take his hand to â amendingâ it - half way thru the repair he gave up - so then my husband and family friend together repaired the lining.Still then he ensured us he would come by the next day to start the chemical process and cleanup and only after I messaged him at 6:30 pm did he respond .â my guy quit and Im on vacation â - really not our problem. It is now July 1, still no pool for our family to enjoy this holiday weekend .no refund and no apology. This is by far the worst interaction I have ever dealt with on a service provider level as a manager of three different properties all with pools. This has never happened to us before I have plenty of documentation and pictures.Please do not hesitate to ask. I do not recommend Andrew Tavares . please reconsider as there are several licensed and reputable providers in the area."

"Where to start, I had an emergency with my pump, days before labor day weekend. I called Jon and he was able to make it out. His crew was able to get the pump running, and got the pool spotless in time for the holiday weekend. I was throughly impressed with there knowledge and attention to detail. "Luccas and his team installed a new liner in my pool last summer . It looked great ! They even helped me find a new pump for my pool and installed it . This summer when I opened my pool the liner had slipped in a couple of places . I called and they came out and fixed it at no cost . Thank you guys again for all your hard work and help . I mean the communication during the planning process, was polite and to the point, not to mention the young lady, Nikki, I dealt with over the phone had all the information and prep work all laid out for me; Made it painless and Easy. Day of the the installation; Business Owner, Bill was to my house early already setting up for success! I spoke with him briefly and within a couple hours, My NEW Pool just appeared and was already being filled with water! I can't stress enough how shocked I was at how easy and quick this entire experience was! I was so excited that Night I call all my Grand kids over for a pool party the very next day!
