"Job was excellent pool never looked better if it needs chemicals he knows what to do. Bryce does an excellent j job takes his time To give you a excellent looking pool."

"Mark, with B&M Pools is in the process of opening the pool on the home we recently bought. I've never owned a pool before and Mark spent two entire mornings with me, the first evaluating what needed to be done to get the pool open and, once we had done what we needed to do to move to the next step, the second, going step by step with me on what I could do to maintain the pool to keep it clean and safe once his job is complete. We've owned several homes and have had service people for a wide variety of different reason. Of all that we have used, I would say Mark is outstanding in the clearly and patiently explaining what he does in his area of service and what a homeowner needs to do to save on the need for unnecessary service and keep their pool clean, safe and working efficiently. We will be using Mark for as long as we own this home and would recommend him to anyone who needs pool services."

"Justen closed our pool and did a great job! His communication was excellent and the price was right. He was more than willing to give two first time pool owners some tips on maintaining our pool. We'll be hiring him again in the future."

"All work went well and was reasonably priced. Bryan came at the time specified. He opened the pool and installed a new pool pump. He is maintaining cleaning the pool and closing the pool at again a very reasonable price. He is professional, quiet and courteous."

"Eric from Open and Flowing came and fixed the issues I was having with my toilet bowls. He came at the beginning of the time window that you gave and he was very friendly. He did a wonderful job and was very neat! I could tell he was experienced and I had total confidence he would do a great job. Of all the service men that Choice Home Warranty has sent to out home, he was by far the best. I am extremely pleased!!!"

"It went great! The customer service was incredible. I was away in another state at the time and they remained very communicative with me throughout the process. They sent me pictures by phone and emailed my my warranty. They provided high quality work. They even followed up with me after to ensure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them to others and I plan to use them again."

"Izabella responded to an internet inquiry when another contractor did not.  She came over quickly, discussed the job in detail and scheduled the job quickly.  Throughout the process she was repeatedly in touch keeping us posted and answering questions.  She suggested some changes in the decorative tile which we liked.  The total elapsed time was less than a week.  The pool looks great."
