"If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. To see our bathrooms brought more to a modern the lights was honestly heartwarming I know my mother would have appreciated this!Thank you again guys for your hard work!"

"Just a great experience all the way around very friendly very good work nice price. Happy swimming pools . Just get the job done all the way around I recommend."

"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call."

"Rafael came out right away and discussed my problems. I was just going to fix a leaky skimmer and ended up refinishing my pool with Diamond -Brite and retiled as well. The dedication and service was unreal. They worked tirelessly and did more than asked and exceeded my expectations. You can not go wrong with this team!"

"Chris was great and is a gold mine of information for pool maintenance and service."

"The value of a contractor is not only judged by how well the finished product is when completed but also by how well the contractor manages any interim problems or concerns. Without going into detail, Bill and Ideal Pool Services responded to those interim problems with the absolute finest customer service I have experienced. The final product was on time, within quoted price and all with superb follow up by Bill."
