"These guys were wonderful. I was able to get them on the only day I needed them. They gave me a time, called to confirm when they were 20 minutes out, and arrived on time. My pool had a problem I didn't know how to fix. Well it was a worse problem than I thought and they proceeded to clean it, add the correcting chemicals and recalibrate the salt water regulator. They wrote out instructions as to how to complete the fixing problem (too much salt ) that I needed to do over a few days. I would never have had a clue. They know their science. These guys are very professional, very kind and patient. After speaking to my husband, I will have them back to clean the filter and they will show us how to do it going forward. No pressure at all to hire them for continuous cleaning. If I were to hire a service for continuous cleaning, it would be Clean My Pool. "Having a pool can produce alot of fun and alot of headaches.  Ten Plus Service allowed my family and guests to have alot of fun soon after experiencing a major headache.  My pool heater was not working with guests arriving for the holiday weekend.  I called Ten Plus Service and the girl who answered the phone  tried to help resolve the issue without needing a technician.  After walking me through a number of suggestions to try, it was determined the heater needed a professionall, so she scheduled a service tech to come out within 24 hours.

First, she explained the billing was done in 30 minute increments, which concerned me at first, as I could forsee a very expensive repair, but true to her words, the service was completed in less than 30 minutes (the average service repair for Ten Plus).

While the tech was on-site, he also looked quickly at the other pool equipment to make sure he didn't see any other problems,
which it turned out I was having, as my pool pump was leaking slightly.  He said he could do the repair or it might be less expensive to have my pool company take care of it, as it was a minor drip.

Ten Plus Service is honest, knowledgeable and courteous -- hope I never need their help again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them!"

He made several trips back to my residence to make sure the balance was going to get the accuracy it needed after my pool was thrown out of whack for me adding too much salt. "After a cold night, turned up the thermostat to heat up the house and after about 1 hour the temperature didn't change.  Checked the breaker to the pump, turned it off, tried to turn it on again and the breaker kept tripping off.  I called Jim Morris on Sunday morning and he came by a few hours later and called me (as promised) when he was on his way.  This cost a bit more than his normal service charge (being a Sunday and it was an emergency service).  The heating system is working great now!
