"Bought a new home that has a Hot Springs tub. I've never owned an outdoor hot tub, so needed Joe to help clean and service the tub and teach me how to maintain the tub on my own. He was very responsive as we coordinated a day and time, and he was more than happy to share details about the tub and how to care for it. He gave me tips on what I should and should not be concerned with and then the step by step on chemicals and maintaining proper PH, etc. I never questioned his knowledge. He was thorough and very helpful and had a nice laid back approach.Apparently he spent many years working for Hot Springs and has been caring for customers for many many years as a service person. I'll continue to use and recommend Joe.

"All of the flaws in the sinks are covered making them look like new. The staff was prompt on arrival, very courteous, and responded quickly to concerns. Would highly suggest this service to other customers needing to resurface sinks or baths."

"After replacing a washing machine, we noticed a leak at the valve. We suspected the valve might need to be replaced. We contacted at least 6 different plumbers, several via Angies list, late Thursday night, asking for the possibility of a Friday appointment. (This is a second home and we had lunch planned with family. One of us was going to have to miss it.) Isley was the FIRST to respond (530am, others still have not replied) and said they could send someone out in the 12-2pm slot. I told them I'd be here all day so if there were earlier openings they could call and send someone. At 930 am, a plumber (Jordan) called to say he had an opening and could be out in 15 minutes ! Jordan arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem to be much simpler than I had thought it would be. He quickly fixed the issue and only charged the $25 diagnostic fee since the fix was quick and simple. Jordan was friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humor. Overall, communication was fantastic and fast. And, I don't have to miss our long-planned family lunch...we both get to go! We will definitely call them again to help fix issues on our second home here in Indianapolis."
