"Tito arrived early. Was kind and professional. He immediately got to work and wanted to try to see if he could fix the broken fan first, but when he could not, he got the old one out and new one installed in no time. Arrival to departure was an hour and twenty minutes. He was knowledgeable on how to do the replacement and was a trooper taking care of the replacement in the hot attic. We purchased the fan for the project and Tito was so helpful in advance helping us figure out how to measure the old unit so we could buy the correct replacement. Will absolutely have Tito back for more repairs and projects."

He scheduled a review of the unit the day after we called him, was on time, and was extremely thorough in his review of the work to be done as well as the estimates provided. The work began a week later and could not be happier. He completed the following: 1. Patched and painted the ceilings and walls, as well as painted all the trim/base boards (multiple coats). 2. Installed a new vanity/sink/faucet/drain in the bathroom. 3. Installed new closet doors. 4. Installed new 2" blinds in all windows. 5. Painted metal backsplash behind the oven. 6. Installed new base boards in closets and bathroom. The unit looks fantastic and the work was done on schedule. We will definitely be using Joe / Pride Services again in the future. "Really nice job done! Rick had explained everything it may had potentially problem for the dishwasher (to me it is just cosmetic problem), and you would think he is really completist. He is also offer life warranty for the installation. I am very pleased how efficient he had done his job. He also helped to fix my in-sink erator and recycled my old dishwasher and refrigerator. I would have him for other appliance project in the future."

"At first, the old garage door opener failed and the garage door could not open or close automatically (only manually). I called Richard, he showed up on time on a short notice. He gave us some options and explained the cost and the time needed to do the work. He then came another day (I think it must have within 1-2 days after he came for the damage inspection) and installed the new garage door opener along with an assistant. There were no issues with the installation. He also got rid of the old, electrical wiring that was hanging all over the garage and installed new wiring that was nicely installed so that it is not visible to the eye. The new opener (belt)  is definitely much less noisy than the previous (chain) and was worth the extra cost. <br /> A few days after the installation, one of the springs broke and I asked him to come back to see if this is related to his work. He explained that he had not touched the springs when he installed the new garage opener and this was a completely different issue, which made sense to me. He installed new springs the next day at the cost of the parts only. He also installed new insulating material around the door for better weather protection for free (he did not want to charge for that). Again he showed up on time and delivered the work on schedule. <br /> Overall an excellent experience.  <br />"
