However, I recently noticed the flashing along the chimney was pulling away from its base, and so I called Ranch Roofing to take a look at it. This team of guys is amazing, for they do excellent work and then they stand behind it. And they are really pleasant to deal with, too. "I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. Definitely will recommend Global Home Improvement, Inc as a honest and very professional company !"

"I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"

"This is not the review I did 4 seconds after they finished the job - this is the review 16 months after the job. Years ago, we had our windows done. Mind you, their salespeople are extraordinarily assertive, personable and charming - and rightfully so, as they will spend hours and hours in your home making and finalizing the sale, as well as closing out your project. The problem is, they talk super proudly about their lifetime transferable warranty - which "covers absolutely everything! No matter what! You can take a razor blade to the screens just because you feel like it and they will be replaced, no questions asked!" This...is not true. The warranty is like all other warranties - subject to defects and defective installation only. No coverage for wear and tear, issues due to neglect/accidents, acts of god or anything related to weather or the elements. In fact, even if you paint over it or have work done by outside companies that affect the product in any way, the warranty could be voided. It was ABSOLUTELY sold to us as though NOTHING was out of bounds as far as repair/replacement was concerned. Shame on us for not going through all the warranty info with a fine-toothed comb, but the pep rallies by the salesmen we had ( one sold us windows, the other siding/gutters/trim) really get you excited. You love these guys and totally trust them for their enthusiasm and knowledge. You would not believe how much they push that their warranty covers EVERYTHING - FOREVER! So either these guys are trained to tell us something other than the truth and don't read the warranties themselves, or they lie for the sale and keep you in their pockets until the project is over, when you never hear from them again. Any issues we called about AFTER they physically left our property, were ignored or put off until forever - such as debris from work left for over a month on our front lawn, or nails that we were promised would be picked up thoroughly using a metal detector so our child wouldn't puncture his little feet (made them come back twice and they still did a pretty terrible job - are those nails even magnetic???), or the shutters they were supposed to change out for us. The quality of the materials is extremely high. The quality of the work done was high. The customer service, when all is going great, is awesome. Once you have a complaint though, they are nearly unreachable. They don't want to hear it. You can contact customer service, but they will just leave a message with the PM (if he didn't call me back when I called him, why would he when cust. serv. reps from Wherever, USA tell him to?). Nothing but the product quality separates them from anyone else, so weigh your options. Power is NOT cheap. Bottom line - OK company, great salespeople (personality- and effectiveness-wise) and products, poor customer complaint resolution, fair cleanup (looked great, but super unhappy about finding HUNDREDS of nails in our lawn), average lifetime warranty. I put that I would hire again because YES & NO are the only options. I chose YES because I know more now and I do think they sell superior products and there are loyalty discounts. If UNDECIDED were an option I'd have chosen it. As long as everything goes great, you'll be happy. If not, best of luck to you."

I contacted them for an estimate after reading Angi's reviews and selected him both because of his approach to our projects and his competitive cost. He and his company met or exceeded my expectations from my first phone call through our final wrap up. In addition, with us having two major projects done back to back, Jim offered a significant discount on the roof replacement. I am confident you will be pleased with their work and would suggest at least contacting him for an estimate."

"Went very well. Only removed sections that could be replaced with new shingles, hence, no tarp was used. Company suggested areas of concerns and showed me to prove their point as was the case in where the gutters did not extend far enough, hence causing damage. Was not being a (used car) sales person. Reset vent pipes to code at no additional cost. Ferreira is a GAF certified roofer."

He was responsive to all our questions and efficient in getting the roof replaced as well as replacing the rakes on the side of the home.
