He actually recommended a company to me and the two companies worked with each other on my entire backyard makeover The installation crew was meticulous with adjusting the heads and I love the different styles of heads placed around the property. Chris’ communication was awesome from start to finish. The technician programmed my controller for me and the system has worked beautifully. "woke up at 4 am for work turned on the shower, no hot water, went down to the kitchen, no hot water, went dreading heading to the basement. Yep the water heater was leaking. At least a 6 yr water heater lasted 9. Called around 5:00 am. Got their digital secretary, said a man named John would call, within 15 mins he called, told me to call the office at 7:30, I was waiting until 7:45 (have to give people time to get their coffee and set up their space) Susan called at 7:30. Made an appointment, they would be at my house between 10 am and 12 am. just before 10 am I get a text John is in the hood, 5 mins later John is at the door. Took him and his guy 1 hr to replace my heater. Great Friendly service."

"Do not hire MJ Eisenhauer Plumbing. Mike sent an apprentice to do the work of installing a toilet. The apprentice that came to install the toilet did not shut off the water to the main at the house and ended up shearing off the pipe to the upstairs bathroom. He completely flooded the 2nd floor bathroom causing over $4,000 worth of damage to the house. When Mike arrived he told me they were not responsible. I had hired Mike for jobs previously and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this is not the first time he has been extremely rude. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY."

"Work went very well. Jason from HG responded quickly and performed a site visit within the first week of my request. The price was very reasonable for the amount of trees and brush to be removed. On the day of work, he came in the morning to do a final walk through and stayed to supervise the crew. They did a great job and clean-up more than they needed to, it was as if they weren't there, with the exception of the tree being gone of course. I was very happy with the service and use them again. And already recommended them to my neighbor."
