The estimated costs ended up being exactly what we were charged. <br /> The plumbers were both very courteous, professional, and great at explaining. They ran the auger two or three times with increasingly sized bits and extracted a mass of tree roots from our sewer line. Our sewer has been running fine since; I will definitely call them again if (when) this happens again. I was very pleased. <br />"
