"The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."

"Schoenherr worked from dawn to dusk to complete the project in a very timely fashion. They came in $1090 under budget, having finished the whole job within one work day and three hours. They provided photos of the roof halfway through the project and at completion — I would have appreciated a few 'before' photos, too. They provided a group text so that everyone involved could communicate and stay looped in. My only other quibble is that the finance person always neglected to cc my wife on emails, even though the home-improvement loan is in her name. Finally, after wrapping up the project, Schoenherr put everything in both yards back in place and cleaned the site really well. Sometimes it's worth paying a little bit more for quality service and execution. Sometimes, it's not even that much more!"

"Outstanding service!! Ken responded to out need to find and fix a roof leak. He spent several hours with us. He inspected the leak area as well as the entire roof inside and out. He showed us lots of pictures of all the failure of the shingles and other leak areas as evidenced by mold on the inside roof plywood. He gave us several price points and offered no interest financing. Work began a few weeks later. We had two crews the first day . The Job was overseen by Kenny who kept us in the loop on progress and schedule. The job was completed the second very long day(11 hours. All of the workers were very polite and friendly and on the go all the time except for meal break. Cleanup was near perfect and all extra material was removed the next day. I have received many complements on the job. We are completely satisfied and have no problem recommending this company."

"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

The crew showed up every day when they said they would and worked many long hours with high energy, focus & enthusiasm. The work area was constantly cleared of debris throughout the roofing process in a highly orchestrated and efficient manner. All personnel were friendly and courteous. The job was a large one and the finished product is a work of high quality and beauty. Would definitely hire again for a roofing replacement, repair, gutter cleanout or whatever else they do. "Very well. This was our first siding project and involved the complete replacement of original, 37 year-old aluminum siding and gutters on a single family colonial home. It was also the most costly home improvement project we had undertaken. Andy Kondrath was punctual and knowledgeable in giving us a firm written estimate of work to be performed, provided photographic examples of his company's previous work, cited previous work performed in our own neighborhood as a reference point, and clearly explained the overall project, including materials options, techniques, and installation schedule. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and experienced in this type of work and on our type of home. We were reassured by the fact he does not use sub-contractors and payment would not be due until after completion of the job (with the exception of a $1K deposit). Andy also gave us helpful ideas and insights in selecting the colors and styles for the new siding and shutters based on the experiences of his previous customers, industry trends, and current home buyer preferences. Andy conceded he was not the lowest-cost siding contractor, but we decided that quality and value were more important than absolute price point. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and services were ultimately delivered just as promised during the estimate. Jeff Kondrath was on-site to oversee the siding work and manage a large crew, which finished the siding work as scheduled and projected (3-1/2 days for an all-siding colonial). Site clean-up was prompt and thorough. Separate, smaller crews were dispatched the following week to install gutters and a couple weeks later to install the shutters, which we color-matched after the siding was installed and which had to be special ordered. When one change was requested on the completed gutter work, the crew promptly returned the following day to add a downspout over a lower roof. The final result was an exceptional upgrade to the exterior appearance of our home and to its expected energy efficiency this winter, since the work also included new insulation being placed underneath the siding. On the last day the crews properly re-attached all accessories (e.g., exterior light fixtures, garage door keypad, electrical outlet covers, etc.). They also ran wires to the satellite dish under the siding rather than stapled to the outside of the house as before and installed new light fixtures and a doorbell button (which we had purchased separately to match the new siding's color/style). At our request, Andy also used stone veneer siding in the front porch area as an accent. The final fit and finish of the siding, gutters, accessories, and caulking were all excellent. One note of caution if you have siding work performed when landscape flowers, shrubs, or trees are nearby--cover or protect them during work. In order to access work areas, crews had to erect/move ladders and haul materials over, around and through landscaped areas, which took a beating. If you have a prize rose bush (which we don't), be sure to protect it before work begins. Fortunately our job was done in the fall and the flowers/shrubs/trees should come back just fine next spring."
