Get matched with top pipe repairers in Auburn, IL

"We installed new fixtures in shower and lav and replaced kitchen faucet. We’ve done a dozen or so remodels/rehabs. These folks were some of the best, if not THE best we’ve worked with. On time, plumber was professional and worked hard, kept home and workarea clean, and fair (not cheapest) price."

"The man that repaired my washing machine checked out everything before he cleaned out the drain pipe."

"Sal was recommended to us by a friend that found him here on Angie's List. We had him completely gut our bathroom to the studs. Overall he did a great job. Everything was undated that needed to be including plumbing, exhaust fan, mold resistant wet area dry wall etc. The shower he built turned out perfect and we get compliments from everyone thats sees it. At first we thought his price was a little high, but we are so glad we went with him. You actually do get what you pay for. I gave him a "B" under responsiveness only because we had to wait approx 6 weeks for him to schedule the work. With that said it is a good comfortable feeling to know that he is that busy and in such a high demand. I would recommend Scott to anybody that wants a honest quality job done at an affordable price point.

"perfectly done by young experts. Done quickly and efficiantly"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Everything went great and done in a timely manner. Very professional"

"

I tried to fire them. The guy came out and gave me a shopping list (quote) about the things he needed to do. He needed to do the water proofing of the wall. He told me that he was coming on Wednesday and he did not show up and did not responded to me for a week. He finally told me that he got a big job elsewhere. I do not expect him to be reliable, and I could not think that he was responsive at all. He gave me his bad words of $ 2,500 for the painting that I did not let him do. In reality, I was looking for a company that could handle some little thing in my house. I do not even know how that guy got certified.
