"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

Chet went over some tradeoffs which would provide protection against what had already occurred being repeated after a roof wash and we decided to redo most of the roof with better shakes and processes. We recommend them highly. In addition, I asked if he knew of a handyman and he said he had one. The man was an expert, efficient and extremely handy. I gave him a list of tasks that would have taken me weeks to do and he was done in a couple of days of excellent work. Very happy with everything."
