"I am VERY late in writing this review, but as I was in the Angies List site I thought I'd put this review in. I can't say enough good things about Vaillancourt Roofing. I had a leak in my roof, winter was coming on and no other roofer would call me back. As an act of humanity Adam and Dave drove down from NH to look at my roof even though they don't do repairs in my area - Carlisle, MA ( I understand they could possibly do roof replacement in my area). They came when they said they would and they found the leak quickly. The leak was from my chimney. They aren't mason's necessarily, but they put a temporary fix to the chimney, so I could rest easy until the next Spring when I could address it. They didn't charge me and were done in about an hour. I wish my roof itself needed replacement, if it did I'd all them in an instant. Just wanted to put in this review as I owe it to these great folks."

"All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. "Initial meeting with Power was very informative and professional. They do try to push you to purchase right there and then with a 1 time discount. Did our entire roof in one day in January. The crew was on time and polite. It was dark by the time they finished and they were going around my house with a cell phone flashlight trying to finish clean up. They missed some debris (old shingle scraps) in the backyard. The dumpster was supposed to picked up the next day but wasn't picked up for a few days after I spoke with the Qaulity Control Manager."

"These roofers worked hard to replace my old flat roof which was directly under a deck. They were carefully not to damage the decking so we could reuse it. The only issue I had, I noticed dozens of cigarette butts all over my road (20 actually). I talked to the boss and hopefully this never happens at another job site. How a worker thought this is ok, I don't know."
