They use harmful chemicals for pest control, they have ambiguous clauses on their contract like they mention they offer free reservice, but the reservice is really like stopping by and talk the homeowner out of providing the service. Even after servicing the house for 3 years, they couldn't get rid of the insect problems we are seeing inside and outside the house. Whenever I reported an issue with a rodent, they tried to talk me out of providing the service and tried to sell some premium service to take care of that specific rodent."
