"Robert the owner..was on time..very professional..and he did a beautiful job..washed the roof...blew dried the gutters..sealed what needed to be sealed on the roof..then he applied the roof sealant..let the first coat ..dry..then he applied the second coat..cleaned the area...nice guy..A++ work..I'll hire him again..for all my roofing needs...thanks Robert...Jackie..I live in the Villages.."

"Ok john Scott roofing was awesome n professional from start to finish. Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. John Scott roofing not only was the most reasonable but an absolute pleasure to work with thank you agin roof looks great !!"

"Crew showed up on designated day , was friendly,courteous,polite and immediately started removing all existing plain steel screws,installed new over-size Blazer-2 Stainless Cap Tri-Seal screws,cleaned and removed any debris on roof before applying the silver coating sealant to my house and also my storage shed.When job was complete a crew member walked the perimeter of my house with a magnet picking up any loose screws/washers that may have fallen to the ground. Yard area was clean,shook hands with Henry and Edward and commended them both on a very nice, professional job they performed.They both smiled and said to call them if they can be of any service to me in the future.The roof looks fantastic and they will certainly be my "go to guys"for any other upgrades to my home."

"It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

"I recently used Forrest & Son Contracting (Roofing Repair) to repair my roof. The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! I am grateful for their many years of experience in the east valley."

Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. They did exactly what they promised, showed up as promised and did not try to oversell the job. Will call them first when I have another roofing job in the future, large or small."
