Ray arrived on time every day with a pleasant demeanor. He was willing to do any small things I found that needed attention, since this was not a new house. He worked quietly and meticulously and left his work area clean and neat every day. It was just a pleasure to have him around.

One anecdote: I had miscounted the amount of cash I gave him at the end, giving him $300 too much. He counted it and could have easily kept it-- I wouldn't have noticed. But instead he told me. I was so impressed...and grateful.

Florida Lifetime was terrific. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Anything we wanted to know about windows they knew. They did a beautiful job. The windows are well installed and because of this the temperature in our home is constant now. The county building inspector came by and was actually impressed with the work done, that we gave him the company's number. I would absolutely use them again.

Dave was very patient and was able to immediately replace the washers thus stopping all leaking around the handles in the tub/shower but we knew it was going to be difficult finding the replacement parts. But Dave persevered and after several days of checking at different stores as he traversed the Tampa Bay area he located the matching parts in small store in Plant City."

"Three personnel worked over a period of 7-8 days. They worked leisurely and with a little more effort the work could have been completed in half the time. The payment agreement was that I would pay a flat labor fee to Robertson and I would pay for all materials. I was quoted a material cost of $500 and I ended up spending over $1500 which I had not planned in advance to pay. The shed looks like new except that it needs a 2nd coat of stain that I, a 70 yr old man will have to do myself. All personnel were very polite and easy to like with a good sense of humor. Yo man, they did good!!!!"
