"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result!"

We were in constant contact w KinsellaBuilt and kept informed of progress being made. Were there delays and a few overruns, during COVID, of course. All were circumstances beyond anybody’s control. "The house we bought had an existing, partially finished, unpermitted basement. We hired Crystal Renovations to re-do the space so it would be functional, more in line with our taste & permitted. They made the laundry room an actual room as opposed to a basement area with a washer & dryer, took down the drop ceiling & replaced it with a real ceiling, took out the 1984 glass block surround to the shower & replaced with drywall, repaired stairs going down to the area & laid new floor throughout. Pedro & his crew were incredibly efficient - the whole process took around 10 days. We were fortunate & they didn’t run into any unforeseen issues once all the demo was done, so the final cost was in line with what had been quoted & the modifications we agreed to.
