Doc answered my call (at 6:15 am) and arranged to come to our home on a Sunday to troubleshoot. It turned out that we had an electrical issue, but he helped us get power to the hot water tank so we have hot water and could arrange for an electrician to resolve the separate issue. He made this call at no charge, and was extremely considerate as we had just returned from a funeral and I was, quite honestly, not coping with my home repair issues very well. He is lovely and was so thoughtful, I really appreciate his kindness."
