After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. When I purchased the new garbage disposal, he installed it and I asked him if he could look at my side by side refrigerator freezer and the one I had in the basement with a top freezer and I was having a problem with them leaking water because the lines were freezing up. He looked at them before he left and said he could fix them but had another appointment after mine. He came back the next day and fixed both my refrigerator/freezers. No problems with them now.
