"A Saturday nite after hours call! Mr Palmer and his crew are heroes. I had just had my hvac serviced a few days before, and of course on a saturday night trying to go to bed, it quits working in ninety degree weather. My ac man forwarded my calls. Mr. Palmer and crew came out, and apparently the prior workers did some pretty important errors. He fixed everything that they did wrong, Went through the whole system and made sure it was up and running and our house was cooling again so we could go to sleep. "I called Rawlins on Friday and left a message. They called back within a short time and schedule an appointment for Monday between 8am and 12pm. Grady arrived by 10am after calling 10 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He throughly checked out our washing machine and determined the problem was the agitator bearings that needed to be replaced. He said the part would have to be ordered and he would return to fix it as soon as it came in. He was very nice and explained everything. The next morning the receptionist called and left a message saying the part was in and she could make an appointment for that afternoon. We played phone tag for a couple of calls but she always called me back quickly. We set up an appointment for that Tuesday afternoon and Grady returned to make the repair. They had looked up the age of my machine and checked out the condition and assured me I had a great machine that was worth repairing and should last a long time. I was very pleased with their service and was glad that I have found a good appliance repair company for the future. I will be adding them to my phone contact list as my "go to" company for appliance repair in the future.
