I was given a window of time, and Brian (service technician) called 30 minutes out. He arrived within the window and diagnosed the problem. He needed to order new hoses for the repair, and we were able to schedule a follow up appt. while he was at the house. The second visit went as smoothly as the first. He was careful, clean (carries a towel for water drips), and gave me a few tips about some other minor issues I was having with the washer. They take all credit cards or a check, so paying for services was simple."

My gas stove did not ignite so he fixed that and another burner that had a very high flame. <br /> Work was completed within a half hour because of Dan's experience and his manner was that of a professional. He charged his normal rate of $65.00 to make a house call, leaving the expense of the repair at $10.00. <br /> We were more than pleased and will call Dan's Appliances any time we have a problem in the future. "We had a problem with the cooling and the refrigerator parts and  he explained out the cooling air gets into the refrigerator part of the machine and he knew what part to replace of which he didn't have it with him. So he showed me where it was and he gave me a stem and so I got on the net and then went to one of the appliance places and found it and replaced it as he suggested. He didn't seem to have any annoyance about me doing, but he had basically been doing diagnostic work and told me how to approach it and I did that and things worked fine since then. I thought that was really a great service to use his knowledge. It was a descent price. He was cordial, responsive to questions and did not waste time."
