"I had had a piece of roof facia edge tore away in a big storm in April. I had our roofing company come out to replace it and was assured it would hold. 8 weeks later the same piece tore away in a windstorm again. The roofing company said if they put it up again, it would be the same price and would be put up the same way. I called Triton Exteriors who agreed to to replace it for about the same price and so far it has held up through a couple of strong storms. "Sales, Office and Installers were all very professional and quick. I am very happy with ALL of the work and interactions with Window World and would do business with them again without question. I have not had the windows long enough to have an opinion on energy efficiency or if they are tightly sealed etc, but I chose WW because I felt confident that should any issues arise they would be handled fairly. The installers had trouble caulking the windows without getting caulk in the drain holes which caused them to have to go back to each window to remove the drain hole stopper, wipe out the caulk and clean around that ridge as best they could to make the seal *look* nice and maintain a solid seal. The end result was a little messy. I doubt anyone would ever notice it but me cuz it's just basement windows. But when the company asks, 'what can we do better?' that process can certainly use some analysis and improvement. The installers were a little miffed but understood and did a nice enough job to clean it up. On a 1-10 scale, it's a one. I'm very happy with ALL the work and interactions with Window World."

"Zykan eXteriors has very good customer service. On 2014 the company changed shingles for us, recently we found brown color water on the platform of the fireplace.After our calling they responded quickly and let Mr.Will Lackey came my home and checked problem. Fastly Will found the reason that the cover with iron mesh of the chimney dropped because of rainwater corrosion. After he saw and checked the cover he decided to make good use of the cover by cutting corroded part of iron mesh. Moreover he drilled several holes at the bottom of mesh wrap,thus prevent from rainwater accumulation and corrosion. He spent more time and made more effort doing that than simply buy a new one to replace. Mr.WIll Lackey is very nice,professional and thoughtful!
